The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from GARDA Utama, demonstrating a deep understanding of security protocols within the mining sector. Job Description As the Security Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to mining operations. Managing and supervising the on-site security team, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure rapid response to incidents. Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems, including CCTV and access control. Providing training and development programs for security personnel to maintain high performance and compliance. Preparing detailed reports on security incidents and presenting findings to senior management. The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 10 years proven experience in a security management role within the mining or heavy industry sectors. A background with GARDA Utama or similar security organizations, showcasing strong leadership and operational skills. In-depth knowledge of security systems, emergency response planning, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to security challenges. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English is preferred.
