Job Description : GROUP CFO EUROPE FOR A INDUSTRIAL AND MINING COMPANY Looking for CA qualified South Asians with 25+ years experience responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations, strategy, and risk management of a company, often managing multiple business units. They report to the CEO/Board, driving financial planning, capital structure optimization, and accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop long-term financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting to drive growth. Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, and tax compliance. Risk Management: Identify financial risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and establish internal controls. Investment & Capital Structure: Manage capital allocation, investment strategies, and relationships with investors or lenders. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing finance and accounting teams. M&A Activities: Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities. Reporting: Present accurate, timely financial results to the board and senior leadership. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required. Experience: 25+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Skills: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with deep knowledge of corporate finance and regulatory requirements.
