20 yearsJob Description : HEAD HR AND IR UK Open to International candidates This is for an Indian established manufacturer into FMCG goods and covers the UK and West African offices Company supports relocation for self and family, salary circa BGP 180,000 PA you will lead all HR and industrial relations activities. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and fostering a positive working environment. Your role is crucial in maintaining workforce efficiency and addressing any industrial issues promptly. Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Oversee employee relations and resolve any conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and plant policies. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies. Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in a fair manner. Coordinate training and development programs. Collaborate with management on workforce planning and resource allocation. Drive initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 20 years of experience in HR and industrial relations, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
