Job Description : Plant Head – Operations and Die Casting GERMANY Salary: EURO 100,000 Company: Manufacturing – Gravity Die Casting Experience: Minimum 20 years in Gravity Die Casting, with at least 3 years in operational leadership roles Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the company's operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and report directly to the Managing Director. Business Development: Drive the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Production Management: Manage production activities, enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies. Lean Manufacturing: Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize productivity. Cost Control: Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability. Plant Modernization: Lead modernization initiatives, including the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Training Development: Update and enhance training facilities to improve workforce skills. Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF standards and maintain high-quality production outputs.
