This role involves overseeing production, maintenance, quality, safety, and team performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives. ???? Location: East Africa (On-site role) ? What You’ll Be Doing: ?? Leading daily plastic manufacturing operations ?? Driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets ?? Managing machine efficiency & maintenance planning ?? Implementing lean manufacturing & process improvements ) ?? Handling team leadership, training, and performance management ?? Supporting CAPEX projects and operational excellence initiatives ???? What We’re Looking For: ???? 5+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing ???? Hands-on exposure to Husky Machines ???? Strong leadership and problem-solving skills ????
