Job Description : Group Finance Manager / Head of Finance | UAE (Confidential Role) We are hiring a Group Finance Manager / Head of Finance to oversee and strengthen financial operations across multiple business units within a diversified group. This is a high-impact role offering ownership of financial governance, consolidation, and strategic decision support at group level. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead group-level financial consolidation and reporting across entities • Establish and drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control frameworks • Improve cash flow visibility and working capital management • Strengthen financial governance, policies, and internal controls • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and tax requirements • Oversee intercompany reconciliation and financial transparency • Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to management • Ideal Candidate: • 8-10 years the of Proven UAE experience in a group / multi-entity finance role • Strong background in financial reporting, controls, and consolidation • Ability to operate in a dynamic, owner-managed environment • Strategic thinker with a hands-on and practical approach • Overall 15 years of Experience is preferred
