Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Central Africa. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, including at least 10 years in a senior executive leadership role. Strong command over construction delivery models, project management methodologies, and technical procurement processes. Demonstrated “owner’s mindset” with the ability to drive large-scale projects, solve complex challenges under pressure, and lead diverse, multicultural teams. Proven expertise in P&L management, financial analysis, budgeting, and optimal resource allocation. Proficiency in modern construction management tools and digital project execution platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
