We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader to head Sales & Marketing operations for a well-established manufacturing business specializing in uPVC, HDPE, and PPR pipes & fittings. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end sales & marketing functions across domestic and neighboring markets Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability Develop and execute strategic sales plans & market intelligence Identify opportunities for business expansion & diversification Build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams Ideal Candidate Profile: 8–10 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales Strong background in plastic pipes & fittings or related products Minimum 4 years of experience working in African markets Proven leadership experience in a senior managerial role Qualification: Engineering/Science Graduate + MBA (preferred)
