Job Description : PLANT HEAD GERMANY Open to International candidates Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across two plants, ensuring high productivity, consistent quality, cost control, and strong execution systems. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance through production managers and plant teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and synchronise operations of both manufacturing units Lead 4 Production Managers and plant teams Achieve ?90% utilisation and ?95% uptime Reduce scrap/rejection by 30% Control production cost and improve efficiency Implement SOPs, reporting systems, and discipline culture Ensure export-grade quality and on-time dispatch Key Requirements: 20+ years of experience in Extruded Plastic Sheet/manufacturing industry. Proven track record in plant or factory management Strong knowledge of Sheet extrusion processes (preferred) Leadership skills with hands-on operational approach Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance practices *Why Join Tilara Polyplast?
