Job Description : Plant Head – Injectable Manufacturing IRELAND Open to International candidates We are looking for an accomplished and result-oriented professional to lead the Injectable Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plant operations, ensuring compliance with global quality standards, regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall Injectable Plant operations, including production, quality, engineering, and supply chain coordination Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, EU, etc.) Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives Oversee technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization of injectable products Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Ensure audit readiness and successfully handle regulatory inspections Implement continuous improvement and best manufacturing practices Key Requirements: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (preferred) 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing Strong exposure to Injectable/Parenteral plant operations is mandatory Proven track record in handling large-scale operations and regulatory audits Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
