Job Description : CFO ABU DHABI UAE This is a senior financial leadership role within an SPV structure, requiring a seasoned finance professional who understands the unique demands of project company environments. Key responsibilities include: • Oversight of all project finance obligations — managing debt service, lender reporting, and covenant compliance across the asset's financing structure • Leading financial planning and performance management, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and alignment with shareholder expectations • Acting as the primary financial interface with equity partners, lenders, and relevant government or regulatory stakeholders We are seeking Emirati candidates with a strong track record in CFO or senior finance leadership roles within industrial, infrastructure, or project finance environments.
