Manage PSC/EPSA, JOA, and infrastructure agreements Ensure compliance with cost recovery, profit sharing, and partner reporting Handle JV audits and financial disputes ???????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????? Oversee financial reporting (IFRS / US GAAP) Manage asset accounting, impairment, and provisions Strengthen internal controls and audit processes ???????????? & ???????????????????????????????? Manage cross-border tax structures and compliance Oversee cash flow, funding, receivables, and covenant compliance ???????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????
