Key Requirements: 15 to 25 years of progressive experience in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors Proven track record in managing large residential portfolios with a focus on operational efficiency and profitability Hands-on experience in serviced apartments and/or hospitality residences Strong ability to build and scale new operations or business divisions from the ground up Expertise in financial management, asset optimization, and portfolio performance Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or Engineering
