Job Description : Electrical Maintenance Manager in Steel Plant for Angola location. Benefits: · Salary: Net Saving · Status: Single · Leaves: 30 days annually · Flight ticket: Once a year 1. Core Responsibilities and Duties a) Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train plant electrical team, ensuring high-quality work and performance standards. b) Preventive Maintenance: Guide the plant team to develop, implement, and schedule electrical maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and prevent breakdowns. c) Spares Planning and indenting: Review the Master list of electrical spares. Ensuring timely indenting of spares based on equipment health. d) Spares Inventory Control: Work in collaboration with plant electrical and store department to keep spares inventory at optimum level. Minimize the quantity of non-moving items. e) Budget and cost control: Monitor and controlling of annual electrical maintenance budget and expenses. f) Staff and team management: Hire, train and mentor electrical maintenance staff. g) Equipment upkeep and availability: Ensure all electrical machinery and equipment are in good working order. Maximize the equipment availability to ensure maximum productivity. h) Reporting and analysis: Ensure documentation of all electrical maintenance activities and prepare reports on performance, costs, and issues for senior management. i) Process improvement: Monitor equipment performance, analyze maintenance data, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and up time.
