20 yearsJob Description : CEO COPPER ZAMBIA The Sales Head - Copper will lead the commercial expansion of the copper business, focusing on market development, strategic partnerships, and large-scale sales. The role requires strong experience in metals trading, industrial sales, or commodity markets with the ability to build and scale a business in international markets. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the sales and commercial strategy for copper products in domestic and international markets - Develop and manage relationships with large industrial buyers, traders, and metal processors - Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base - Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal closures - Track global copper market trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics - Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions - Drive revenue growth and profitability for the copper division - Build and lead a high-performing sales team Skills and Experience : Candidate Profile : - 12-20 years of experience in copper, metals, or industrial commodity sales/trading - Experience with reputed companies in metals, mining, or commodity trading sectors preferred - Strong network within copper trading, metal industries, or large industrial buyers - Proven experience in handling large commercial deals and strategic accounts - Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills - Willingness to relocate to Zambia for an on-site leadership role
