This is a group-level, strategic CFO role that goes well beyond traditional financial control with responsibility across a diversified financial services platforms. ????) ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 1. Act as a strategic partner to the MD & CEO and the Board at Group level 2. Lead capital allocation and balance sheet strategy across the Group, 3. Act as the primary interface with Boards, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies and Regulators 5. CA / MBA with 18–25 years of experience; 42 – 52 Years of age 2. Combination of experience in large, system-driven organizations and high-growth, promoter-led environments with strong, strategic exposure to BFSI 3. Experience of engaging with Boards, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies and Regulators 4. Experience operating in multi-entity or group structures 5.
