Role Overview As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will: Lead global expansion of a high-potential lubricant brand Drive sales, distributor networks, and market penetration ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Sales & Team Leadership Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team Drive alignment to achieve business and growth targets ???? Global Distributor Management Appoint, manage, and expand distributor networks across regions Ensure performance, coverage, and market penetration ???? Sales Growth & Strategy Drive achievement of annual sales targets Build long-term strategies for sustainable global expansion ???? Market Development Promote lubricants & grease products across target markets Strengthen brand positioning globally ???? Business Development & Deal Closure Generate new leads and convert opportunities Close deals with customers and distributors ???? Key Account Management Build strong relationships with key customers and partners Drive volume growth through strategic account management ???? Regional Expansion Support setup and scaling of regional offices (Africa & other markets) Drive localized growth strategies ???? Reporting & Performance Track sales performance and present monthly business reports Identify growth opportunities and challenges ?? Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with technical teams on product improvements & innovation Support development of new products ???? Credit & Collections Ensure timely debt collection and credit control Maintain healthy cash flow and revenue realization ???? Brand Representation Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows & seminars Build global visibility and customer engagement ????? Customer Experience Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution Work with technical teams for root cause & corrective actions ???? Key Requirements 15–20 years of experience in lubricants / grease sales & exports Strong exposure to Africa & CIS markets (mandatory) Proven experience in distributor management & global sales Experience in manufacturing-led organizations Strong understanding of lubricants industry dynamics Prior experience managing sales teams (preferred) ? Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science / Business / Marketing Experience in strategic planning & execution Exposure to global markets and export business ???? Key Skills ????
