Strategic Leadership Drive 3–5 year growth strategy and market expansion Identify new product opportunities across FMCG categories Strengthen brand positioning and competitive edge ???? Operational & Manufacturing Excellence Optimize plant efficiency, cost structures, and productivity Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing Strengthen supply chain, procurement, and quality systems ???? Commercial Performance Own revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets Expand distributor networks and partnerships Build strong pricing and go-to-market strategies ???? Financial & Governance Oversight Full P&L ownership Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and internal controls Present performance insights to Board stakeholders ???? People & Culture Leadership Build and lead high-performing leadership teams Drive accountability, performance, and succession planning ???? Stakeholder Management Represent the organization with investors, regulators, and partners Collaborate closely with group-level functions ???? Experience 15+ years of leadership experience Strong FMCG manufacturing background (home care / personal care preferred) Proven P&L ownership and scaling experience
