Job Description : DGM Finance | Bahrain We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Professional to lead financial planning, reporting, and business insights, driving performance and long-term value. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial planning, budgeting & monthly forecasting • Oversee financial reporting & revenue recognition • Manage cash flow, cost control & financial risk • Conduct investment analysis, feasibility studies & ROI evaluation • Drive shareholder value insights, including family shareholdings • Support audits & ensure compliance • Lead and mentor the finance team • Leverage SAP & BI tools for reporting and analytics Qualifications & Experience: ? CA (Chartered Accountant) ? 15+ years in financial planning, forecasting & reporting (GCC experience mandatory) ? Strong knowledge of accounting standards & compliance ? Expertise in revenue recognition & financial statement review ? Hands-on experience with SAP & BI tools ? Experience in family business & distribution networks preferred ? Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills
