Job Description : PLANT HEAD SLOVAKIA Open to International candidates Plant Head to lead operations at a large-scale continuous process manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have 15–25 years of experience in heavy process industries, with strong exposure to rotary kiln or calcination-based operations. Candidates from Metal, Cement, Sponge iron, manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred, along with proven experience in handling large teams and end-to-end plant operations.
