Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and strategic General Manager – Formulations OSD Business Development (Europe Region) to lead business growth initiatives, establish strong partnerships, and expand market presence across European countries. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies for the Europe region Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry avenues Lead licensing activities including in-licensing, out-licensing, and contract negotiations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of business targets Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape in EU markets Work closely with internal teams such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Supply Chain Represent the organization at international conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings Candidate Profile Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (preferred) Experience: 15–25 years in pharmaceutical business development Strong exposure to European regulated markets (EU) is mandatory Proven experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulations business development In-depth understanding of dossiers, regulatory pathways, and commercialization strategies Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Key Skills International Business Development – Europe Licensing & Strategic Alliances OSD Formulations Commercialization Market Expansion & Client Acquisition EU Regulatory Knowledge Commercial & Financial Acumen Leadership & Relationship Management
