Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Maintenance Manager to enhance reliability in our high-precision,ROMANIA CNC-driven manufacturing environment. We seek a professional with: - 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the machining/CNC-based industry - Strong expertise in CNC machine maintenance (VMC, EDM, WEDM, etc.) - Knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems - Experience in utilities and MEP management - Skills in TPM implementation and culture building - Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 10 or more members - A strong vendor network for machine repair and support across North India and Pan India Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a preferred background in the tooling industry or CNC-intensive manufacturing setups. This role requires a leader who can drive machine reliability, build robust maintenance systems, and ensure high uptime in a 24x7 environment.
