Build and sustain robust connections with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at both local and global levels to enhance trust and cooperation. Align local strategies with broader regional and global directives by ensuring compliance with corporate governance policies and processes. Develop and lead a diverse cross-functional team across multiple departments, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development among staff members. Manage project execution from site-based activities to engineering deliverables by ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to quality standards.
