As Factory Director Fast Moving Consumer Goods, you will be entrusted with end-to-end accountability for manufacturing performance. Your day-to-day activities will involve orchestrating seamless production flows to ensure timely delivery of products while upholding stringent quality standards. You will champion safety initiatives by embedding best practices into every layer of operation, from equipment maintenance to employee engagement.
