Job Description : Plant Manager – Rice & Milling Operations Location:Tanzania Industry: Food Processing / Rice Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily milling operations with a strong focus on safety, food safety, and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs Supervise, mentor, and develop plant supervisors and staff, including hiring and disciplinary actions Minimum 10+ years of experience in food processing or grain milling industry Prior experience in rice milling is highly preferred Hands-on experience with Buhler milling machines is mandatory At least 5+ years of leadership / plant management experience Strong knowledge of food safety standards (SQF or equivalent)
