Job Description : Plant Head – POLAN Open to International candidates Euro 160,000 CTC - Manage entire plant operations (Production, Quality, Maintenance). - Handle Die Casting processes – GDC, LPDC, HPDC. - Oversee smooth CNC/VMC machining operations. - Meet production targets & boost efficiency. - Control rejection, wastage, and production cost. - Lead & manage the plant team effectively. - Enforce safety & quality standards (ISO/IATF). *Requirements* - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 20?years of experience (minimum 10?years in aluminium die casting & machining). - Strong leadership & problem?solving abilities. - Proven experience in managing complete plant operations.
