Job Description : Logistics Manager Location: UAE Company: Tameem Logistics & Warehouse Job Summary: We are seeking a results driven Logistics Manager with strong experience in operations and logistics management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while also contributing to business development by securing new clients and optimizing revenue streams. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end logistics operations Oversee inventory control, storage, distribution, and transportation activities Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and process improvement Lead and supervise warehouse staff and logistics teams Develop and implement SOPs in line with company standards Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments Identify and secure new business opportunities in logistics and warehousing Maintain high service levels and client satisfaction Requirements: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management (preferably in FMCG or similar industry) Proven ability to handle both operations and business development Strong knowledge of UAE logistics market and compliance requirements Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and client management abilities Preferred: Experience in 3PL / warehouse operations Existing client network in UAE logistics sector What We Offer: Competitive salary package Growth opportunity within a fast-expanding logistics business
