Location: Oman Key Requirements: • Mandatory: Engineering degree (relevant to water, wastewater, or infrastructure operations) • Mandatory: 12+ years of experience in water and wastewater operations • Proven experience managing large-scale operations and maintenance activities • Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing contractors and outsourced service delivery • Deep experience in water/wastewater infrastructure including plants, networks, pumping, and storage systems • Proven leadership experience managing large teams (350+ staff) • Strong capability in handling complex, multi-entity operational environments and stakeholder coordination
