Must?haves (please read before reaching out): 10+ years in luxury (retail / hospitality / lifestyle) Strong GCC commercial experience and P&L mindset Start?up mentality – hands?on, solutions?driven, no ego Existing network in the region to open doors and drive growth Currently based in the GCC Comfortable working directly with Founder + CFO Salary: 35k-40k plus bonus
