Oversee sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and reliable supply across all projects. Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, driving performance, innovation, and long-term value within the supply chain. Implement governance, systems, and processes to enhance transparency, mitigate risk, and optimise procurement and logistics performance.
