Job Description : GM SUPERMARKET LATAM oversees daily operations, driving profitability, sales targets, and high customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling), inventory control to prevent shortages, ensuring high merchandising standards, and enforcing health, safety, and security compliance. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness. Inventory Control: Ordering, stocking, and managing inventory levels to prevent waste. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. Customer Service: Resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping environment. Financial Performance: Driving sales, controlling labor costs, and achieving profit targets. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in retail or supermarket management. Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, lead, and train staff. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, staff, and vendors. Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
