Job Description : Head – Group SCM | Tier-1 Auto POLAND Open to International candidates We are on a confidential, high-priority search for a hardcore SCM leader from the sheet metal / stamping ecosystem who understands what it takes to run supply chains where OEM lines cannot stop — period. This is not a role for generalists. We need someone who has lived the Tier-1 automotive pressure and delivered consistently. ???? THE MANDATE Lead end-to-end Group SCM for a 800–1200 Million USD sheet metal components manufacturer supplying to leading OEMs. You will directly impact plant continuity, OEM service levels, and working capital performance. ? WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR • Zero line stoppage across OEM customers • Running SCM across multiple plants (3–6 locations) • Strategic sourcing of steel (CRCA / HR / coated) – strong mill connect is non-negotiable • Driving JIT / JIS execution with high schedule volatility • Tight control on inventory vs service trade-offs • Ensuring 98–99% OTIF with zero premium freight firefighting • Building supplier resilience & alternate sourcing ???? WHO SHOULD APPLY (STRICT FILTER) ? 20–25 yrs experience in Tier-1 automotive ONLY ? Currently / recently handled Corporate SCM / Purchase Head role ? Deep exposure to sheet metal / stamping / fabrication ? Hands-on experience with OEMs like Tata Motors, Mahindra, etc. ? Proven track record in multi-plant SCM leadership ?
