Head of Maintenance

Job Description : Head of Maintenance UAE Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Maintenance to lead and manage all maintenance operations across company facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of equipment, systems, and infrastructure while maintaining safety, efficiency, and cost control. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, civil). Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, etc.) are operating efficiently. Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance works and service agreements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure quick resolution. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports. Improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field. 18+ years of experience in maintenance management. Strong knowledge of facility systems and maintenance strategies. Experience in commercial buildings / malls / real estate projects is preferred. Leadership and team management skills.
