Key Responsibilities Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements with optimal resource utilization Forecast production needs and ensure timely procurement of tools, consumables, and materials Manage and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently Drive productivity improvement while minimizing waste Ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications Monitor production processes and resolve quality-related issues Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams; drive training & development initiatives Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and promote a safe workplace Monitor production costs and ensure adherence to budgets Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives ???? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Zero major safety incidents and continuous safety improvement Improved production efficiency and productivity Optimal resource utilization Reduction in waste generation ?? Critical Skill Set Strong knowledge of production processes in plastics extrusion / polymer compounding Exposure to TPM and Lean Manufacturing practices (5S, 4M Analysis, Poka-Yoke, FMEA, Waste Reduction) Good working knowledge of MS Office Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
