Job Description : FACILITY MANAGEMENT HEAD GCC 30+ years experience Reporting to - Head Administration We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Facilities Management to oversee the physical heart of our organization. In this role,, you will be responsible for creating a safe, sustainable, and inspiring environment that empowers our team to do their best work.As the senior leader for all facility operations, you will balance high-level asset management and budgetary oversight with the daily nuances of workplace experience and vendor relations. * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term facilities master plan that aligns with the companys growth and sustainability goals. * Operational Excellence: Oversee all maintenance, cleaning, security, and front-of-house services across multiple sites. * Financial Stewardship: Manage the annual facilities budget, drive cost-saving initiatives, and oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. * Compliance & Safety: Ensure all buildings meet local health, safety, and environmental regulations. Serve as the primary lead for Emergency Response and Business Continuity planning. * Sustainability: Lead "Green" initiatives, including energy reduction programs, waste management. * Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers, ensuring high standards of service and accountability. * Space Planning: Manage office layouts and moves to optimize square footage and support a hybrid/modern workforce.
