Role Overview We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused CEO to lead and scale the Wastewater Management Division into a market-leading, innovation-driven, and globally competitive business. ???? The mandate is clear: build and scale the business to ?1000 Cr+ revenue while ensuring strong profitability, governance, and sustainable growth. ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Strategic Leadership Define and drive a 5–10 year growth strategy with a roadmap to achieve ?1000 Cr+ revenue scale Establish leadership in industrial, municipal, and zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) markets Expand footprint across India, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia ???? Business & P&L Ownership Own full P&L, EBITDA, and balance sheet performance Drive capital efficiency, cash flow, and margin improvement Scale revenues across EPC, O&M, and technology-led solutions Lead M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances ???? Sustainability & Innovation Champion ESG-aligned solutions and circular water economy models Drive adoption of advanced technologies (membrane, biological, AI/digital monitoring) ???? Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with government bodies, regulators, investors, and global partners Position the organization as a trusted partner for large-scale infrastructure projects ???? Organizational Leadership Build and lead a high-performance leadership team Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and innovation ???? Ideal Candidate Profile ???? Education Degree in Environmental / Chemical / Civil Engineering MBA or global exposure preferred ???? Experience 18–25+ years in water/wastewater, environmental engineering, or infrastructure sectors Proven P&L leadership of a large business/unit Must have handled a balance sheet of ?500 Cr+ Track record of scaling businesses toward ?1000 Cr+ revenue Minimum 5+ years leadership experience in India Exposure to global markets (MEA, Africa, Europe, APAC) Experience in EPC / water-tech / environmental services ????
