Job Description : Retail Operations Manager ST MARTEEN ???? **Salary:** USD45,000 CTC per month ???? **Industry:** Airport Retail (Non-F&B) ???? **About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Retail Operations Manager** to lead Master Concessionaire retail operations. This role is strictly focused on the Retail Business (Non-F&B segment) and requires strong expertise in handling high-footfall environments. ???? **Key Responsibilities** ? Manage end-to-end retail floor operations at the airport ? Coordinate with sub-tenants for smooth operations ? Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising (VM) ? Drive sales through customer engagement & conversion ? Monitor stock levels & inventory management ? Ensure premium customer service experience ? Lead, train & manage store teams ? Track and improve KPIs like ASP, ATV, SPSF ???? **Eligibility Criteria** ? Minimum 10+ years of experience in Retail (Mandatory) ? 4–6 years in leadership roles (Store/Area/Operations Manager) ? Strong team handling experience ???? **Important Note (Strict Criteria)** ? Candidates from F&B, Food Delivery, Dark Stores will NOT be considered ???? **Required Skills** ? Strong VM knowledge ?
