Job Description : General Manager - FMCG Location: KSA Salary: SAR 60,000 - 70,000 Overview We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven General Manager - FMCG to lead global operations, drive strategic growth, and enhance overall business performance. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG sector and a proven ability to scale businesses. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy in alignment with leadership goals Lead and mentor senior management while fostering a high-performance culture Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards Drive innovation and continuous improvement across operations Oversee financial performance in collaboration with the finance team Represent the organization at industry events, public forums, and media engagements Report business performance and strategic updates to the Board of Directors Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while leveraging growth opportunities Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the FMCG industry Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and operational frameworks Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities Demonstrated success in driving business growth and transformation Strong financial management and budgeting experience Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
