Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning. Develop financial models to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data. Monitor key performance indicators and assess their impact on business objectives. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support decision-making processes by delivering timely and actionable financial insights. Lead and manage the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Manager should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data effectively. Capability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational goals.
