20 yearsJob Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER UAE a leading multi?disciplinary contractor in Abu Dhabi, established in 1972 and known for its extensive civil engineering, infrastructure, and electro?mechanical works across the UAE Job Description · Lead the full lifecycle of large, complex Oil & Gas projects-from FEED through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. · Ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements, client specifications, and industry standards. · Drive project performance KPIs across cost, schedule, safety, and quality. · Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. · Develop detailed project execution plans, risk registers, cost forecasts, and schedules. · Oversee project financials, cost control processes, and change management. · Ensure timely reporting to senior leadership and clients. · Uphold world-class HSE standards in line with UAE regulations and company policies. · Ensure QA/QC programs are implemented effectively throughout the project lifecycle. · Serve as the primary interface with clients, consultants, government bodies, and JV partners. · Facilitate coordination meetings, resolve project issues, and maintain strong client relationships. · Review, manage, and enforce all contractual and commercial obligations. · Leading claims preparation, dispute resolution, and variations management. The Successful Applicant A successful Sr. Project Manager Oil & Gas should have: · Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related). · PMP or equivalent certification (preferred). · 12-18+ years of experience in managing major Oil & Gas EPC/EPCm projects. · Mandatory: Proven track record working with Tier 1 contracting companies in the UAE. · Demonstrated leadership of project budgets exceeding USD 100M+. · Prior experience with major pipeline, processing facilities, offshore/onshore infrastructure, or refinery projects. · Deep understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes. · Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, permitting, and Oil & Gas standards. · Excellent people leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. · High proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). · Ability to manage multicultural teams in high-pressure environments. · Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. · Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing presence. · Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
