Job Description : HSE Manager (Qatar Energy Experience Required) Location: Doha Contract Duration: Permanent Mandatory Requirements: Currently based in Qatar Valid QID (Qatar ID) Available for immediate joining (preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering NEBOSH IGC Certification (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of relevant HSE experience Prior experience with Qatar Energy projects is required Key Responsibilities: Implement and enforce Qatar Energy HSE policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and HSE audits Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions Promote and maintain a strong “Zero Harm” safety culture across all sites Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
