Job Description : Finance Manager: Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kampala Uganda for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, analyze financial data to guide strategic decisions, and manage the organization's financial resources. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting Understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus Proven experience in a financial managerial role with a track record of effective decision-making Adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced business environments Note: Experience in Manufacturing and FMCG industry is must with atleast 8+ year experience in the same role.
