Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER KAZAKSTAN Iconic FMCG brand behind a portfolio of iconic ready-to-drink powder brands, is establishing a Joint Venture manufacturing operation in Kazakhstan, a strategic gateway to the fast-growing CIS market. Source, procure and commission production equipment Design factory layout and workflow from scratch Lead GMP and food safety certification processes Establish Halal certification where applicable Hire, onboard and develop a local Kazakhstan team Manage HR, payroll and compliance via JV structure Coordinate with JV partner's overhead support staff Build a performance culture from day one Navigate Kazakhstan regulatory and government environment Win-win negotiator with 3rd party suppliers and partners Supplier visits, audits and capability improvement Represents JV professionally in the region The Successful Applicant A successful Factory Manager should have: Minimum 5 years operations experience; FMCG preferred Degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or business Open nationality; must commit long-term to the CIS region Not risk-averse, genuinely excited by a blank canvas What's on Offer Competitive annual salary.
