Job Description : Head – Automotive Gear Manufacturing -SLOVAKIA Open to International candidates Role Overview: Seasoned Operations Head of Gear Division to lead and transform production operations in a high-precision gear manufacturing environment. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in gear teeth cutting, gear machining, Heat treatment, Grinding and Assembly. Process optimization, along with the ability to drive performance, quality, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Ø Lead end-to-end production, planning & operations of Gear Division Ø Strong experience in gear manufacturing & teeth cutting processes Ø Hands-on exposure to hobbing, shaping, grinding operations Ø Production planning & process optimization expertise Ø Exposure to CNC gear cutting machines is a must. Ø Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization & capacity utilization Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF quality standards Ø Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM & continuous improvement initiatives. Ø Build and lead a high-performance production team Ø Ensure machine uptime, efficiency & process reliability Candidate- BE/ Diploma with 20 + years of experience in Gear operation of Modern Gear Manufacturing plants. Good experience of using various cutting tools, operational excellence Strong leadership quality.
