Job Description : Printing HOD KENYA We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Department (HOD) – Rotogravure Printing to lead our production team and ensure consistency in high-quality, efficient printing operations. ???? Salary: USD90,000 – USD 120,000/month (based on experience) + bachelor beenfits • Oversee complete rotogravure printing operations • Ensure color consistency, ink management & cylinder handling • Manage production planning & minimize wastage • Supervise Shift incharges & Operators • Lead and train printing team effectively • 18+ years of experience in rotogravure printing • Strong knowledge of flexible packaging (BOPP, PET, laminates) • Experience with high-speed gravure machines • Leadership & problem-solving skills
