Industry: Printing & Packaging We are looking for a highly experienced Plant Head / Printing Manager to lead and manage complete shop floor operations for a high-volume printing setup. ???? Key Responsibilities: ???? Oversee end-to-end plant operations and shop floor management ???? Ensure production targets, quality standards & timely delivery ???? Manage manpower, machine utilization & process optimization ???? Drive continuous improvement, cost control & efficiency ???? Implement SOPs, safety standards & compliance measures ???? Coordinate with production, maintenance, dispatch & quality teams ???? Handle client requirements and ensure smooth production planning ? Key Requirements: ? 15+ years of experience in printing/packaging industry ? Strong exposure to shop floor & plant operations ? Experience in handling large teams and high-speed machines ? Excellent leadership & decision-making skills ? Knowledge of modern printing technologies is a plus
