Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage operations across our diversified group of companies, including: - Royal Phoenix Clinic (Healthcare Services) - Phoenix Medicines LLC(Pharmaceutical & Medical Supply) - Thimar Al Madina Real Estate (Real Estate & Property Management) ???? Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee daily operations across all group entities. - Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals. - Drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across all sectors - Establish and monitor KPIs for all departments. - Ensure compliance with UAE laws and industry regulations. - Optimize processes and implement best operational practices. - Collaborate with executive leadership to support expansion and growth. - Manage and mentor senior leadership teams. ???? Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE as a COO (mandatory) - Proven track record in managing multi-industry operations (Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Real Estate preferred) - Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities - Excellent financial and operational management skills - Experience in scaling businesses and managing multiple entities - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage. In-depth knowledge of the UAE regulatory frameworks ????
