Experience: 23–30 years exclusively in Manufacturing, with proven leadership in: HR Strategy & Planning, HR Analytics & Reporting Talent Attraction, Acquisition & Engagement Career Development, Talent Management & OD Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations HR Operations & Compliances, PMS, C&B, CSR Organization Culture & Change Management ???? Team/Scale: Should have managed 3,000–5,000+ employees across multiple locations form a large multi diversed organisation Compensation: ?1 Cr – ?2.5 Cr (Negotiable) (Current CTC must be in the range of ?1 Cr – ?1.5 Cr) for fitment perse ???? Exposure: Balanced experience across Corporate HR, Manufacturing Plants, Sales, Retail & R&D setups is essential ???? Expertise: Strong command of HR policies, frameworks & processes ????
