20 yearsJob Description : GM – Compensation & Benefits Industry: Manufacturing Location: Chennai CTC: Up to ?50 LPA Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to head the Compensation & Benefits function for a leading manufacturing organization. The role will focus on designing competitive compensation frameworks, driving rewards strategy, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution Design and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and reward frameworks Benchmark compensation practices with industry standards Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies Drive performance-linked pay and variable pay programs Partner with leadership on budgeting, cost optimization, and workforce planning Manage audits, reporting, and HR analytics related to compensation Lead and mentor the C&B team Key Requirements: MBA (HR) / MHRM – Mandatory 20+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within Manufacturing industry Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, rewards strategy, and HR analytics Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
