Job Description : GLOBAL DIRECTOR SINGAPORE FOR PROTECTION EQUIPMENT BUSINESS OUT OF SINGAPORE This is a global leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the Protection Equipment business, including P&L responsibility, product strategy, market positioning, and growth across geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Own revenue, margin, pricing, and order intake - Define product roadmap and innovation strategy - Drive specification leadership and EPC engagement - Lead strategic deals and key account relationships - Expand market presence across industries (wastewater, biogas, safety) - Drive lifecycle revenue and installed base growth - Implement AI-driven operating models for scalability - Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Skills & Qualifications: - 15-25 years in product/business leadership roles - Strong P&L ownership experience - Expertise in industrial equipment / safety / infrastructure domain - Strong global stakeholder management experience Special Requirements: - Willingness to travel globally
